Or our various on-site services that deliver on-site support on the next business day, on the same business day or even 24x7x4 security - an engineer can be at your site with the necessary spare parts within 4 hours.

An optimum spare parts supply service is not an empty promise at transtec: from the first sold unit, we keep at least one spare part in our service warehouse and have all the required spare parts available until the service agreement expires.
Just contact us if you need spare parts for older transtec or Lynx systems or would like a repair or cost estimate. Our service team tries their best to find a solution to your problem. Our customer service centre with trained and competent employees set extremely high quality standards. We are available ten hours a day (Mon.-Fri. 8.00 - 18.00 CET) to provide you with fast and efficient support.
